To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page within 180 days of delivering your product.

For a quicker resolution, kindly include:

  • Full name on the order
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Your preference: replacement or refund

📌 Important Return Conditions

We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • A copy of the sales receipt or confirmation email must be included

Please Note:
We are not liable for return issues caused by customer error—including but not limited to:

  • Typos or spelling mistakes in customized content
  • Low-resolution, blurry, or misaligned images provided by the customer
  • Incorrect product variants (size, style, etc.) selected at checkout

📦 Return Process

Once you email us at [email protected] and receive a return approval, please:

  1. Print your confirmation email and include it in the return package
  2. Ship your return using your preferred courier or local post office
  3. Email us the tracking number to help us confirm receipt

Our warehouse address will be provided in your confirmation email.

  • We’ll review your return and notify you of approval or denial
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days
  • Refunds include the original shipping fee as applicable
