At Greatphil, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to make every order perfect—but in the event it isn’t, we’ve outlined our refund and return process below for your convenience and peace of mind.


🛍️ Order Exchanges

Please double-check your order details—size, color, quantity—before placing your purchase. Our products are made to order, which means we do not offer exchanges for selection errors.

However, if you’ve made a mistake, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one. Need help doing this? Reach out to our support team—we’re here to help.


Order Cancellations

Time Limit: 24 Hours After Purchase

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no cost to you.
  • Simply email us at [email protected] within that window, and we’ll cancel and refund your order in full.
  • After 24 hours, your order is submitted to production and can no longer be cancelled.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Return Period: 180 Days from Delivery Date

We gladly accept returns within 180 days of the delivery date, under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken
  • You receive a product that differs in size, design, or material from what was ordered
  • You’re sent an incorrect item
  • The product significantly deviates from its online description

💡 Beyond 180 days, all sales are final.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Issues not caused by our error
  • Missing original tags or packaging
  • Minor, repairable thread issues

Returned goods must be in their original condition with packaging intact.


📋 Submitting a Refund Claim

To file a claim, please send an email to [email protected] and include:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Shipping label or tracking receipt
  • Photographic evidence of the issue
  • Any relevant email communication

We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days.


🚚 How to Return Your Order

  • Do not return your item without a return authorization.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  • Please include a tracking number from your return shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Please package your items securely.


💳 Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, a full refund—including your original shipping charges—will be processed within 2 business days.

If your refund hasn’t appeared within 10–15 days, contact your bank or credit card provider.


🔁 Important Notes

  • The 180-day return window begins on the delivery date.
  • Return shipping is not covered by Greatphil.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy requirements.
