When Do We Ship?
Order Confirmation: Orders are processed once payment is successfully received. You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
Support Hours: Our customer care team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM EST (GMT-05:00).
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders after this cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
We observe all major U.S. postal holidays and do not process or ship on:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day

How Long Will It Take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Here’s a quick breakdown:

We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations
What If I Ordered a Custom Item?

If your order includes customization or design requests, please allow extra processing time. Design time will vary based on complexity, and we’ll notify you if more time is needed before shipping.
How Do I Track My Order?
- After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Within 1–2 business days, you’ll get a shipping email with a tracking link.
- Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to become active. This delay is normal and due to carrier scanning time.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, just reach out—we’ll help.
Please Double-Check Your Address
An accurate shipping address is key to a smooth delivery. Before you check out, make sure everything is correct. Here’s why:
- We cannot reroute packages once they’re shipped.
- If your address is wrong and the package is returned, it may be disposed of by the carrier.
- A re-shipping fee will apply if you want it sent again.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or redirected parcels caused by address errors.
